36 single rooms – 10 double rooms – Space for 56 students. The concept of @Home is characterised by well thought-out room lay-outs, practical facilities and add-on services, including regular cleaning along with crockery, bed linen and towel starter sets.

There are two common rooms in student halls, a terrace on the courtyard side and a bike store, with space for 56 bikes. There is also fiber optic high-speed Internet access throughout the building and cable TV connections in every room, along with free, 24/7 building access for those renting rooms, provided via an easy App on your mobile phone.
Ideal location in the centre of Salzburg
It is just a few minutes’ walk to the university, Stadtbibliothek and PMU. There are also shops, restaurants and cafés in the area around the @Home student halls.

Through Salzburg without a car
The new student halls in Salzburg are a mere 15 minute walk from Salzburg’s main train station. One particular benefit: the perfectly developed public transport network in the city and the surrounding area. The bus stop is located right outside.
Staying in @Home
Our tenants have access to a laundry room, with three washing machines and three dryers. Payment is via a teller system. There are a total of 18 cellar rooms that are available to hire as an extra.
